Eliza glared at the person on the other side of the room, her foot gently tapping against the wooden floor as she tried to ignore their existence. The studio was Misbehavedxoxo, a place where she had hoped to find solace and understanding amidst her misery. Instead, all she found was an endless stream of pathetic individuals who clung to her in desperate attempts to gain some sort of attention or validation. She sighed heavily, her azure eyes darting away from the pitiful sight before her.
The person in question was a young man, probably not much older than twenty. He was tall and lanky, with greasy black hair that hung limply over his eyes. He wore a threadbare hoodie and torn jeans, hunched over as he stared at Eliza with a mix of admiration and desperation. Even from across the room, she could smell the stale smoke and cheap booze emanating from him.
Eliza shook her head in disgust, her long golden tresses cascading down her back. She knew she wasn't being fair, but after years of being ignored and belittled by society at large, she was struggling to find any empathy for these poor souls. They seemed to think that by worshiping her from afar, they would somehow transform into the people they wanted to be. But Eliza knew better than anyone that life wasn't a fairy tale, and sometimes you ended up being the side character in your own story.
Her sapphire eyes drifted back to the young man, and for a moment, she felt a pang of pity. He looked so lost and alone, like a stray dog that had wandered into a strange new world. She wondered if he even realized how pathetic he looked, how he didn't even deserve her attention. With a sigh, she turned away, focusing on the video camera that was pointed her way.
As she began to speak, her voice calm and measured, she couldn't help but think about all the other lonely souls like the young man. They were all part of the same tapestry, trying to find their place in the world but constantly being reminded of how insignificant they truly were. Eliza knew this feeling all too well, and it pained her to see so many others suffer the same fate. But what could she do? She was only one person, and sometimes the weight of the world seemed too much to bear.
The scene fades to black, the camera panning out to reveal more of the empty room. In the corner, the young man is still there, staring longingly at Eliza as she disappears from view. The sound of a door closing echoes through the silence, leaving him alone once more. For a moment, he wonders if he should stay or leave, but ultimately, he knows he has nowhere else to go. So, he remains in the shadows, watching and waiting, hoping that one day Eliza might notice him. And if she doesn't? Well, then he'll just keep on being her silent admirer, a forgotten face in the crowd.
