Nurse misia has a strange way of treating her patients, she uses some "fetish" domination techniques as a panacea. gianluca arrives at her office and tells her he has a cough and a cold. the first thing misia does is putting on a pair of white surgical gloves. gianluca finds himself lying on the couch. misia immediately takes off a high heel and places her sweaty foot covered by the veiled stocking over his mouth and nose. she then takes off the other heel and pushes it over gianluca's face, making him to smell it. misia then sits on top of gianluca and puts both of her stockinged feet over his mouth and nose, making him to smell them. misia's idea is to cure the patient by making him to smell the strong odor of sweaty feet and stockings. after some minutes, she takes off the stockings too and shows a close up of the feet. she continues the treatment with the bare feet. gianluca has to stay under her sweaty and stinky toes for several minutes, bearing with it so that his nose is freed from all impurities. misia eventually uses her feet to cover his mouth and nose.
