Amidst the luxurious surroundings of their wealthy family, two adopted stepsiblings, Andy and Georgia, find themselves at odds. Andy, driven and successful in his own right as an entrepreneur, holds a special place in the hearts of their stepfather who has always favored him. Georgia, on the other hand, struggles to find her own path and lacks the drive to excel in life. She has recently reconnected with her stepfather but this time around, he has set her up for failure.
To test her mettle and prove her worth, their stepfather has tasked Andy with overseeing a project that would ultimately humiliate Georgia. The challenge entails the sale of one of their worst apartments - poorly furnished and located in a rundown building. The twist? Georgia must record a video interview showcasing her sales skills, convincing a hypothetical buyer to purchase the property. The video must be in English, a language she has persistently avoided speaking since their stepfather's wife passed away.
The scene opens with Georgia on the phone, expressing her discontent towards the situation. She is coerced into participating in the video by the circumstances and is clearly uncomfortable with the idea of speaking in English. In the middle of her call, Andy knocks on the door, asking if she's ready to shoot the video. Reluctantly, Georgia agrees.
As Andy sets up the camera, he prods her about an incident from their past. Years ago, when they were younger, he used to sneak into her room and steal her socks and stockings. The memory brings a wave of embarrassment to Georgia's face but she manages to brush it off, focusing on the task at hand.
